An early love of philosophy led Amarjit to study yoga in the Kundalini Yoga and Meditation tradition. For the past 27 years she's enjoyed a steady practice, and in 1980, she began teaching in a variety of settings including health clubs, yoga centers, and institutions such as Babson College and Harvard University. Certified by the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association, Amarjit is a full-time Boston-area teacher who brings a wealth of sincere and compassionate wisdom to every one of her students.



Kundalini Yoga


Kundalini is an ancient technology which incorporates breathing, yoga postures, mantras, mudras and meditations. These five component are used in specific combinations or sequences called Kriyas. Kriyas enable the creative energy (Kundalini) to flow and circulate up the spine. Thru this process we bring together the body, mind and spirit in an integrated experience of the universal self.
